Flow Yoga on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9:00 - 10:15am

Open to all levels of practice and abilities, the class focuses on an exploration of a variety of yoga poses or asanas and how to connect them through attention to breathing, alignment and mindfulness. You will learn techniques to help you gain flexibility and strength, connected by breath, which can have a transformative and balancing effect. Breath, meditation and relaxation techniques will also be introduced - all perfect for stress relief and overall well being.
Flow to Restore on Wednesdays at 9:00 - 10:15am Session 2: April 7 - June 2 2021 (9 wk session)
An incredible system to heal the body, Restoratives help to kick in relaxation response, balancing the nervous system, optimizing energy flow to the organs. They lift immune function and enhance the process of digestion. Basically these postures set the whole body up for deep healing, growth and repair. Beyond these incredible physiological health benefits, restoratives create the opportunity to see where you hold habitual tension. This unique practice uses props (bolsters, blankets, blocks, etc.) to support your body in various poses. What to expect: Each class will begin with a seated breath practice, followed by gentle warm-ups for the body that are seated and standing (yoga postures, sun salutations, ballwork, self-massage techniques, etc.). Followed by 25minutes of restorative yoga using props.
Fitness Fusion on Fridays at 9 - 10:00am Session 2 April 9 - June 4, 2021 (9 wk session)
Description: A program designed to help people feel great and age gracefully! The Fitness Fusion class is a combination of conditioning, Pilates, and yoga. This holistic program includes matwork, bandwork, and ballwork and is designed to help you develop your strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness. This is a total body wellness workout that develops muscle memory – think strong and long!
Restorative Yoga on Fridays from 10:30 - 11:45am Session 2: April 9 - June 4, 2021 (9 wk session)

They lift immune function and enhance the process of digestion. Basically these postures set the whole body up for deep healing, growth and repair. Beyond these incredible physiological health benefits, restoratives create the opportunity to see where you hold habitual tension. This unique practice uses props (bolsters, blankets, blocks, etc.) to support your body in various poses.What to expect: This class will include longer time in supported postures. This is an opportunity to move slowly, hold stretches a little longer, and be supported in postures by bolsters, blankets, and other props. Each class will begin with a seated breath practice, we will then move into gentle warm-ups for the whole body that are seated, standing (yoga postures as well as other movements), and then some longer holds with supportive props.
New Moon Mini-Retreats o TBA Description: Within the 2.25 hours participants can expect a long breath practice, a 50 minute yoga class accessible to all levels, mantra/chanting for 15minutes, followed by restorative yoga with Massage for 30minutes. We will close the class with a tea circle.
